Snoop Dogg, who drove a big shot at Suge Knight on his new album IZ IT Crime, aimed directly at the former death row, was his latest remarks, a long-term hatred.
On the track, Snoop does not back down on the track “Shutyobitchassup”, calling on the Cavaliers (not named him), allegedly lying, suffering from Snoop’s 2022 acquisition of death row prisons.
“I understand why you’re angry. I bought everything you have,” Snoopy rapped, twisting the knife into a decade of hatred.
He went further, referring to Knight’s imprisonment, claiming he was in protective detention. “
Now you eavesdrop on your phone on your PC. ” Then he added, “Oh, b ####-ass n ####, I am a rich n ####/waiting for you to come home so we can get S ###. ”
This verse ends with another jab: “Your jail story, they make up, n ####.”
Snoop Dogg & Suge Knight Clash of Death Row Records
The tension between the two hip-hop characters dates back to 1998, when Snoopy recorded the death row in prison records amid internal chaos and legal troubles around the Knights.
The tension reignited earlier this year when Knight publicly questioned the legitimacy of Snoop’s acquisition of the label.
“Snoopy, you said I was angry because you bought a death row,” Knight said in March. “What did you buy? Shut me up. Tell me all of you paid for it. Show me paperwork. Tell me what you have.”
Knight also made a series of inflammatory claims, including allegations that Ray J once told him that Snoop admitted to Tupac Shakur’s murder.
He also accused Snoop of trying to rescue Duane “Keefe D” Davis, who is currently facing charges related to Shakur’s 1996 killing.
Snoopy responded to the allegations on Instagram, writing: “This n #### won’t stop talking about me. Crazy because I have a death row. I realize your true lie.”
In a recent interview with the Big Boy community, Snoop explained why he finally spoke to Knight on Wax.
“I’m from the hood,” he said. “You can’t keep throwing rocks at me, bullying me, thinking I didn’t say anything, and did nothing. I did nothing.’ Because you’re on a PC. But I can say something.”
