Marley Marr is back in jail after prosecutors said he tried to bribe a witness to skip an upcoming revocation hearing.
Federal detention is once again a reality for Malimar after prosecutors said he was gaming his probation.
The Las Vegas hip-hop producer is facing serious accusations that he tried to silence a witness ahead of an upcoming revocation hearing, and that’s just the beginning of his problems.
According to court records obtained by 8 News Now, Mally Mall allegedly used an intermediary named Steven Tolson, also known as Jazz Lazr, to contact a woman and offer her cash to skip a July 7 hearing.
The woman was allegedly told to sign documents claiming she had never been trafficked and to remain silent about her relationship with him. This is witness tampering, plain and simple.
But there’s more.
Federal authorities said he had been in contact with Tarnita Woodard, with whom he was specifically ordered by the court to have zero contact. The court verbally listed her as someone he was unable to contact, but prosecutors claimed he remained in constant communication with her.
According to witnesses, they were engaged and Woodard allegedly lived with him and drove his vehicle as recently as May 2026.
The violations don’t stop there. The petition filed in June states that Mally Mall made an unauthorized stop at a Cheesecake Factory in Henderson and was found in connection with a luxury vehicle that he never disclosed to his probation officer.
We’re talking about a Mercedes-Maybach, a white Rolls-Royce and a Bentley. This is especially crazy considering he has previously filed for bankruptcy.
Mally Mall’s current legal troubles stem from his 2021 conviction when he pleaded guilty to operating an escort service as a front for prostitution in Clark County between 2002 and 2014.
He has been on thin ice ever since Judge Gloria Navarro sentenced him to 33 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release.
A federal judge previously denied his request to end probation early, citing the seriousness of his crimes and the harm they caused to his victims.
The court will now decide whether these latest charges warrant revoking his supervised release entirely and imposing additional jail time.
