Offset arrived in Los Angeles without a suit, but as he prepared for GQ’s 2025 Big Shot Party of the Year, he confidently called himself one of hip-hop’s top style icons, but not without swagger.
During an interview with TMZ Hip Hop at LAX Airport on Thursday (November 13), the former Migos rapper didn’t hesitate when asked who he thought was the hippest artist in the genre.
He listed himself as best dressed first, then paused to consider the rest of the list. Moments later, he added Pharrell Williams and Gunna to his fashion hall of fame.
Just ahead of the high-profile GQ event, Offset has released a new single titled “Fashion Icon.”
The Atlanta native was heading to one of the most exclusive fashion gatherings of the year, but he admitted he didn’t dress up for the evening.
“But I’m going to find out,” he said. “I’m going to see what’s out there. I should be able to find some rich ###.”

Offset No. 2 Pharrell has long been a dominant force in the fashion industry. As creative director of menswear at Louis Vuitton, he has been reinventing luxury menswear and was recently named GQ’s 2024 Designer of the Year.
Gunna ranks third on the Offset list and has become a style reference point in his own right. His fashion sense has earned him the admiration of the entire entertainment community, including Rihanna, who once dressed up as him for Halloween.
Offset follows up his 2025 Halloween surprise mixtape Haunted By Fame with a stylish new release.

He revealed that the project was released to fulfill his record label obligations, but it failed to chart on the Billboard 200, selling less than 8,000 copies in its first week, according to Billboard.
