Earlier this week, Chris Brown and Jerabic were hit with a lawsuit from four men accusing them of assault. The men claimed they were invited by Brown to Fort Worth for a VIP experience, but when they arrived, things took an unfortunate turn. They accused Brown of telling his entourage, including Yella Beezy, to beat them up over some old beef. The alleged victims are seeking up to $50 million in damages.
Now, however, Beezy’s attorney Daryl K. Washington has issued a statement in response to the lawsuit. “Based on the information we know, the lawsuit involving Markies Conway or Yella Beezy is frivolous and without legal merit,” it began. “[Yella Beezy] had no involvement in any of the incidents, had no contact with the plaintiff, and had no idea why he was named as a party to the lawsuit or why the temporary restraining order was expressly filed before all the facts were obtained and verified.
Yella Beezy denies the accusations

Washington also insisted there was “no evidence to support the allegations against his client” and shared plans to “hold accountable anyone who appears to be trying to damage Beezy’s reputation.” As for Brown, he has yet to resolve his latest legal troubles, being hit with another lawsuit yesterday. Frederick R. Overpeck claimed he was working security the night of the incident and claimed he was seriously injured while trying to disrupt things. He claimed he was punched and kicked during the disaster, rupturing his spine and severely injuring his hip.
