Several ladies have dominated the rap scene over the past few years, and Big Boss Vette knows the power of virality. After her “Pretty Girls Walk” seeped into the depths of social media and became an internet storm, Witt was ready for her next big hit. The Missouri native is no stranger to making fans stop and take notice when she returns this week with her explicit party single “Ice Me.” Like many of her peers, Big Boss Witt doesn’t hold back when it comes to lyrically describing what she wants from her partner.
Additionally, Vette teased the song on TikTok, gaining attention ahead of its launch. She has yet to announce if and when accompanying visuals will be available. However, Waite posted a video of her performing “Ice Me” on From The Block on Instagram. To further promote her single, a tribute to Waka Flocka Flame’s “O Let’s Do It,” Vette shared a post of fans excitedly retweeting her latest single.
Meanwhile, while she celebrates that her career trajectory is on the rise these days, there was a time when Big Boss Witt didn’t know where her future would take her. After being shot and killed in 2016, Witt decided it was time to make some changes in his life. “I’ve been through a lot. Pain and sadness are my best teachers,” she told St. Louis Magazine last year. It looks like she’s putting those lessons into practice. Stream “Ice Me” below and let us know what you think.
Big boss Witt has a cold attitude towards “Ice Me”
Oh, that’s it (Yeah)
N*gga wanna talk to me, eat this coochie
If she goes out with her black person she will lose him
I just want to use and abuse him
It’s not love, bitch, it’s just one night, don’t mix it up
Do you think I ever loved these niggas? Do not be silly
I’m not trying to save these niggas, I’m not cupid
