Brooklyn rapper Marco Polo Vision entered the chat without raising a punch. The battle-tested MC has just given up a track with a cartoon-themed entitled “Fresh Dis of Bel-Air” in response to the actor’s current role as Chris Rock. But it was the bar targeting Brooklyn comics that brought polo to the edge.
“If you talk on the stage with the face and don’t respect me on the stage, expect me to be on the stage,” Big Will rhymes and then falls off, “When you’re kidding, get it out/speak up when it’s time to take it/pick up the real city.
During a live televised broadcast of the 94th Academy Awards ceremony on March 27, 2022, Smith walked on stage and filmed comedian Chris Rock in the face. This led to a 10-year ban, but Rock never filed a charge.
Don’t be confused with producer Marco Polo, who is known for his work with Masta Ace, a Brooklyn-based rapper and creative. Recently, he dropped a video called “BUN DMC” along with BUN B and DMC.
The track is in the form of a parody of the fresh prince of Bel-Air, which includes animated characters such as Uncle Phil and calls on Will Smith to promote Polo’s view as a comeback strip for performing Conry and Tone Deaf.
“I grew up on Chris Rock and Will Smith,” Polo said in a statement. “So when I saw Will Smith hit Chris Rock, it hurt my heart. I felt Will’s apology was a little pretentious for all the fake crying and all.”
Polo Vision says Bill Will is trying to rejuvenate his rap career with rock attacks as bar double. That was when Polo decided to take action.
“Brooklyn felt in me that I had to speak for my guy Chris Rock,” he explained. “He shouldn’t have gotten that first… because Will is trying to increase the insult of injury and beat him again? No.”
According to Polo, the song took only 20 minutes to write, but his purpose was even more in-depth.
“It’s not about influence,” he insists. “It’s about protecting and preserving culture. White people love to see each other like us, but even they don’t support your nonsense.”
Still, Polo Vision made it clear that he was not a “hate” and he recognized his recognition of Smith’s legacy in entertainment and music.
“I grew up in “nightmare on the street,” “summer” and fresh prince,” he said. “But I won’t back down and bullying Chris Rock just because Hollywood is collapsing, he has to deal with his own mortality rate.”
Polo Vision added that apology from Will Smith to Chris Rock can solve all the problems.
“I didn’t make this for beef. I’d apologize if I’m going to apologize to Chris.” “But if he’s going to chat, I’m standing by mine.”
Will Smith hasn’t responded to Diss yet, and may not even know it exists. Still, it seems that Polo Vision’s “Fresh View of Bel-Air” is about smoke and more about creating cultural records.
“Do you want to rap? It’s cool,” he concluded. “But, don’t no one wants to hear that bizzzaaaaaaaarree butt stuff you with.”
