Fans have been begging Travis Scott to shoot Jackboys 2 albums, and the dream is finally here now. After months and months of teasing the project, Travis Scott & Jackboys finally gave up on new music. The song is called “The Tour of 2000” and brings exciting visuals to Travis fans.
The film perfectly illustrates the ever-changing changes in the soundscapes made on this track in more than one way. The transition is very big; however, no one reaches out. The entire experience is a cohesive fusion between Travis’ signature automatic traditional psychedelic sounds, meandering between ever-changing beat modes and synthesizer themes.
The video’s style seems surreal, adding popular hip-hop visual elements. The only difference is that Travis improves the “first choice” way by making it a surreal spin in absurd situation.
