As if there weren’t enough rap beefs this year, Chris Brown and Quavo also decided to address their wax woes. Additionally, the former recently took some shots at the latter when he cut “Freak” from his recently released 11:111 deluxe album. “My motherfucker won’t make us equal,” Breezy spits, referring to the Georgia rapper’s affair with his ex Karrueche Tran, which appears to have begun a few years ago.
“Drinking 1942 cause I don’t drink Cuervo (Quavo) / Freak b***h, she likes Casamigos, not Migos.” Well, in his latest song “Tender,” Huncho seems to have responded . “You did it wrong, now that motherfucker is gone and she’s posting with a thug,” he raps on the track. “Call that damn phone call, she ain’t coming home, don’t hit her,” Quavo continued, alluding to Chris Brown’s history of domestic violence, “Must be the drugs/Need to get your plugs out.”

Quavo mocks Chris Brown on ‘Tenderness’: Listen
Additionally, there are other lines in “Tender” that could be interpreted as shots at R&B and pop-rap superstars. “Let your favorite rapper be gentle with these girls,” “Tell me little brother, what’s your problem? It’s been over/You say it’s bigger than that, but no, it’s not,” and “When you* *k on that lil’ bitty h*e, yeah, she lost weight” might be an example of that. Granted, this isn’t a full-blown or super lyrical attack, but not all disses have to be “ethereal,” it’s just a personal matter between the two benders.
At the same time, it’s unclear if the feud will actually continue in a highly public way, or if they’ll once again avoid each other. Now that we’ve waxed on to each other’s animosity, things could easily escalate, but hopefully not. After all, the former Migo is still dealing with what-ifs of a feud he had with former teammate Offset, and in Brown’s case, no one needs to be beat to death because they don’t like each other. What do you think of the whole situation, though? Let us know in the comments section below, and come back to HNHH for the latest news on Quavo and Chris Brown.
