Moneybagg Yo, Bread Gang Enterprise, and Roc Nation face a $100 million lawsuit from former manager Sherry Jackson-Floyd, with trial set for October 2026 in Shelby County, Tennessee.
Jackson-Floyd alleges she met Moneybagg Yo in 2015 when he was making $1,500–$2,500 per show. She claims she became his personal/business manager, registered trademarks, formed Bread Gang Enterprises LLC, and invested $1.5M–$2M including a $125,000 down payment on a Rolls-Royce, $50,000 in jewelry, and paid his credit cards.
She says she was promised $5,000/week, a G-Wagon, and one-third of brand revenue but never paid. Her attorney Ralph Gibson argues Roc Nation intentionally interfered with her contract, knowing it existed, when they signed Moneybagg Yo.
The suit was originally filed in 2019, amended in 2022. Neither Moneybagg Yo nor Roc Nation has publicly responded.
