Megan Thee Stallion has begun paying Tory Lanez the $500,000 defamation judgment he won against her while she tries to appeal the verdict.
Lanez sued Megan over comments she made about the 2020 shooting case, claiming they damaged his reputation. A jury sided with Lanez in May 2026.
Megan’s team filed an appeal but must pay during the process. She confirmed payments started this week via her attorneys.
The criminal case remains closed, but civil battles continue.
