With his sights set on a hit album, Future recently announced his massive 22-track project The Real Me , although fans have been wondering what the cover art and full tracklist would look like. The wait is finally over as the artist revealed the cover and tracklist all at once on Instagram.
The album art features a shirtless Future on a black background with blond hair, while on the tracklist cover, he can be seen lying on what appears to be a blue couch with the tracklist to the left. The artist revealed a few, but was hesitant to go all out, asking fans who they thought would be on his album.
This is an especially tough question because Future is the only rapper to have collaborated with the “Big Three” during his time as Kendrick-Drake-J. Cole failed miserably.
Most recently on Iceman, the rapper seemed to have eased his feud with Drake, collaborating on the hit song “Ran To Atlanta,” which itself refers to Kendrick’s claim that Drake only ran to Atlanta for street cred and to ride the waves when he needed “a check to balance.”
In “Radio,” the lead single from the upcoming album, the artist also seems to hint that he’s in top form and doesn’t appear to be part of the discussion; the music and numbers say it all, he’s too big for radio. The artist is certainly as cocky as any rapper claiming to be at the top, albeit a bit nonchalantly. The question is, how will this affect his peers? Hope you didn’t go the wrong way.
So, who do you think is really suitable for your project?
