Drake is leading the conversation on social media with his three new albums, “Iceman,” “Maid of Honor” and “Habibti.”
Each project sounds different and, as expected, fans around the world are currently listening and finding out which one they like best. Drake has broken multiple streaming records, with all three albums currently occupying the top three spots on Apple Music.
Additionally, his song “Make Them Cry” now holds the record for the biggest hip-hop song of the day on Spotify, surpassing Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us,” which Drizzy once dismissed. Today, we also announced the first-week sales forecasts for these three projects.
According to HDD, Iceman is expected to rack up 480-520k in the first week, which will definitely land him at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 next week. It will also challenge the biggest rap album debut since his own “Certified Lover Boy”.
Maid of Honor is expected to rise 115-135k, and Habibti is expected to rise 110-130k.
Stay tuned for Billboard’s final numbers this time next week.
