Boosie Badazz is suing two far-right operatives who allegedly received $600,000 for a Trump pardon that was never approved.
In a series of posts on social media, Boosie Badazz accused two far-right politicians of running what he said was a Ponzi scheme.
The rapper paid $600,000 to Jacob Wall and Jake Burkman to secure leniency in his federal gun case, but months have passed with nothing but empty promises and ever-changing excuses.
Ultimately, Trump’s pardon never materialized.
On July 14, 2026, Busey suddenly broke out.
“Jake, shut up, you’re lying,” he wrote, detailing how Berkman and Wall claimed they had direct access to the president and could release results by January 31, 2026.
“Now don’t start lying. I gave you three months to get your money back. Talk about Trump signing a pardon. Let me run around the dam house. Say you just talked to the president. You got it wrong,” Bushy fumed.
Wall and Berkman have a well-documented history of fraud, which makes their latest scheme particularly brazen.
In 2022, the two pleaded guilty to felony wire fraud in Ohio for orchestrating a massive robocall operation aimed at suppressing voter turnout in Black communities.
The Federal Communications Commission later fined them $5.1 million for their voter intimidation campaign.
Despite these convictions and ongoing probation, they continued in the pardon business, targeting wealthy clients eager for clemency.
Busey’s anger intensified when he realized that everyone Berkman and Wall claimed to have had contact with had denied having anything to do with his case.
“Everyone you said you asked me for a pardon said you were lying. Everyone you mentioned denied your accusations! Everyone you mentioned was given time to speak. Things got hot. So where did the money go? I thought Trump signed the pardon? I thought you had the President on speed dial? You should have done your research before trying to hijack me like everyone else.”

According to TMZ, Boosie is seeking to recover $300,000 through a civil lawsuit, but legal experts point out that civil courts are limited in their ability to enforce compensation in pardon fraud cases because the underlying transaction itself does not involve legitimate legal services.
The case will be heard in federal court, where Busey’s legal team will try to prove that Burkman and Wall committed fraud and breach of contract by failing to deliver on their promises.
