King Harris has acquired the rights to Ms. Jackson’s cannabis brand, which features the image of 50 Cent’s late mother, Sabrina Jackson.
King Harris says he has locked up the rights to his cannabis brand “Ms. Jackson” and the use of his late mother’s name as the centerpiece of his ongoing war with 50 Cent.
T.I.’s son is jumping on the bandwagon in a feud between his father and the Queens rapper, turning a last name into a product line and getting everyone talking about how far he’s willing to go with it.
The whole thing started when 50 and TI were supposed to play in Verzuz, but that didn’t happen. After disrespecting King’s mom Tiny 50 times, all hell broke loose when TI, King and Domani took aim at the Fif dome with a diss track.
King Harris decided to join in the fun, dropping diss tracks like “Made Man” and “Droptop” that were straight out of 50 Cent.
50 Cent responded to King’s move by using the “Power: Origins” theme song as his own diss song.
But here’s where things get crazy: King doesn’t just stop at the music.
“People ask me why we put Ms. Jackson in the bag?” King explained in a statement. “N#### wants to make a TV show. I’m calling it Even. When I listen to the g###### season introduction, I smoke Ms. Jackson.”
TI actually admitted that King was right to defend his family, but said he was uncomfortable with targeting his late mother, Sabrina Jackson, 50, who died back in 1983.
Tensions between the two camps continue to rise and show no signs of stopping anytime soon.
The escalation of the feud shows exactly how personal issues between the two families have developed over the years.
King Harris has also registered trademark applications for both product variants to ensure that others cannot legally use the name.
