Zelooperz is a 32-year-old MC from Detroit, Michigan, known for being a member of the Bruiser Brigade Collective. He has come a long way from him since the early 2010s through his solo first botic evolution on the Left Ear Valley of Life & Van Gogh. To prepare for Bruiser Wolf’s upcoming fourth album, Dope produced by Harry Draud and Danny Brown’s upcoming seventh album Stardust one month later, Dilip & Zelooperz will regain the latter’s 12th LP.
The drumless chipmunk soul introduction “The First Instrument” talks about having cheese in the accompanying quantity and life as an uphill battle for him, and the early favorite “Mona Lisa Left Eye” is full of references to some of his influence. “Bebe Kids” works in some quirky synths, expressing resentment towards his early years as he endured Zack Fox’s “pushing my pain” and talked angrily about no one fucking them.
“Hypnagogia” hangs a fun string sample in the first 30 seconds and quotes the conversion from WWE Hall of Fame member Arnold Schwarzenegger in the last 30 seconds, while “NDA” featuring Paris Texas “NDA” has made my favorite guest appearances throughout the album talk about them throughout the album. “Fuck cigarettes” express his dislike of the popular tobacco types, and I agree, because weeds are much better before affectionately leaning towards “bankrupt ass hoe”.
From the second half, the “opposite sex” works on some heavy corners, talking about the difficulty of rest, because as he keeps running, the “description” exudes a cloud-like atmosphere, but smoothly tells us that the woman he dreams of is that kind of man. “I Mac” experimental synthesizer and atmospheric drums and bass continue to deal with the theme of love, while “Sheel” talks about the consumption of psilocybin.
“Take Me I’m a Drug”, a large number of sample strings kick off Dali’s last stop and didn’t die on the topic of drug use in the previous track, while “Lebanon James” boldly talks about crazy fanaticism, not Eric André (Eric André) [adult swim]. The Art of Temptation takes a smoother approach to mastering the idea of temptation and “with your pride”, ending the LP, suggesting not to be confused with one’s self-esteem.
Less than 2 months from his scene at the 11th Annual Camp Flog Gnaw, we were in the 36 minutes of sobering last summer, Dali n’t Dead didn’t need to offer a look at Zelooperz’s life. Over the past 5 years, Dilip’s production has incorporated elements of experimental hip-hop, trap, cloud rap and drum-free to support abstract lyric poetry inspired by this newly discovered perspective.
