Young thug reacts to viral video involving boxer’s wife

Young Thug has shared his first tweet in over a month in response to an emerging scandal involving himself and the wife of a prized boxer.

In a series of cryptic tweets posted on Monday (December 23), the Atlanta rap star appeared to be reacting to a video of resurfaced Instagram model Lenna Sayed speaking to her on the phone during a visit to the Cobb County Correctional Facility in 2022 respond.

In more than 14 videos released by LawAndCrime, Syed can be seen crying on the phone and telling Thug “I just want you.” Syed, who is reportedly getting married to boxer Devin Haney in 2023, caused a stir on social media after the video started circulating on multiple platforms.

In the hours after the video made headlines, Thug responded in a veiled way, seemingly condemning the alleged relationship while also acknowledging it.

“Then their n#ggas don’t raise their hands, their n#ggas aren’t here… #saytwin,” Young Thug wrote in the first tweet.

In another tweet, he addressed their conversation directly, explaining that people were getting the context of the exchange completely wrong.

“Man, me and the twins were talking about some other serious stuff, I don’t know what she was talking about about loving other people or anything because I don’t care about any hoes or niggas, I’m capital haha, that’s my twin, Nothing else,” he wrote, before adding, “Never and never will, haha.

He wrote in his last tweet: “I could have that lil s### right now if I wanted to but she keeps pushing harder then n##### lol those were twins …I got who I wanted.

The new social media scandal comes after Haney made headlines this month after sharing a cryptic tweet of her own, sparking speculation from fans and critics. The tweet was in reference to the lawsuit Haney filed against Ryan Garcia in September over reports of PED abuse after a fight earlier this year.

“I’m not going to the damn court…ugh,” Haney wrote after rumors spread earlier this month that a 12-page lawsuit against Garcia had been formally filed in court.
