Last week I browsed the internet and heard some raucous noises in Cardi B about her second album issues.
Can you believe this is over and she only released one full album? That’s crazy to me. By the way, she is more integrated than all of us. An album. Sure, she was able to tour and build wealth in ways most artists couldn’t imagine, but part of me still hoped she would work hard for it. (I’m kidding. Something.)
Regardless, Cardi has been venting the hassle online about the feature of locking the second project. Apparently everyone is polishing and focusing on their stuff here, and they aren’t taking the time to stop and record with her.
This is a little shocking! Who doesn’t want to work with Cardi B? I’ll take this opportunity – not anyone wants to hear me on the track. Honestly, I hope she has given up on the album. Distractions in drama and social media always seem to hide music, and yes, even if some people don’t treat it like that, it’s art. I would love to see if she is still in her production of another powerful album. Watching her grow and evolve musically would be amazing.
But I don’t know… It seems she got another BBL, and that’s what everyone is talking about. They really should talk more about music.
