Trippie Redd went all black on the exterior of his Florida mansion. The 24-year-old rapper debuted the new look of his luxury home and gave an inside tour.
Located in the southwest Rancho suburb of Broward County, Florida, this 19,000-square-foot home once had the white exterior typical of many Southern homes in the area. On April 2, Trippie unveiled the complete transformation of the home’s exterior. Everything, including the driveway, is black.
Trippie Red’s all-black mansion
“The black house 🏡 is beautiful from my skin to the stars in the dark sky 🖤,” he posted a photo of the all-black mansion on Instagram.
That same day, rapper DDG shared a vlog on his YouTube channel in which Trippie visited his home. Trippie bought the property in 2022 for $7.5 million. He said the owners originally listed the mansion for $12.5 million per year before Trippie purchased it. The previous owner was preparing to foreclose on the property, so Rhyme acquired it by theft.
During the tour, Trippi confirmed that he has nine bedrooms, a basketball court, piano room and a $30,000 bed that he made because the original Rick Owens-designed bed he wanted was too expensive. In 2010, a Rick Owens bed sold for $216,000.
Of course Trippie can afford such an expensive mat. He recently released a joint EP with MGK, Genre: Sadboy. This marks Trippie dropping more than 20 projects in his career. With multi-platinum certifications, multiple top five albums on the Billboard 200, and critically acclaimed tracks such as “Love Scars,” “F**k Love” featuring XXXTentaction, and “Dark” featuring Travis Scott Knight Dummo” and more, his music catalog has given him a luxurious lifestyle.
