Usher has been inserted into the Australian leg of his past future tours a few months ago, and he will be on stage in Melbourne and Sydney, marking his first live performance in the country in nearly 14 years.
Twelve concerts scheduled for November and December were cancelled, according to a statement released by Promoter Live Nation on Ticketek.
The news read: “The promoters of Usher’s Australian Tour regretfully suggest that the scheduled program will be held in November/December.”
No explanation for sudden cancellation was provided.
However, Live Nation confirms that all ticket purchases will be completely refunded to the original payment method.
Customers are advised to allow up to 30 days of refunds to reflect their account.
The Grammy-winning singer first revealed a date in Australia in March, teasing his rewards with the word “a to aus” in an article on X.com.

Tickets started selling in May and demand was so intense that four additional shows were added to the original schedule.
The Past Future Tour started in August 2024 and has already stopped in the United States and Europe.
The tour featured high-profile guests with spinning, including Stevie Wonder, Boyz II Men, Naomi Campbell, Estelle, Craig David and LL Cool J.
Usher’s final performance in Australia was in 2010. His return is highly anticipated, especially after his recent Super Bowl halftime show and Las Vegas rekindled global interest in his live show.
As of now, no rescheduled dates or alternative plans have been announced.
