Sprite and Genius launched “The Living Tracklist” on June 25, 2026 — a campaign celebrating 60 years of hip-hop with 50 of the genre’s most impactful songs.
A Cultural Authority Panel including Angie Martinez, Speedy Morman, Scottie Beam, Nyla Symone, Rob Markman, Josh Peas, Frazier Tharpe shaped the list.
The campaign features:
- 26 limited-edition package designs turning Sprite cans/bottles into collectibles
- Spotify playlist of the 50 tracks
- Content highlighting lyrics that “cut through the clutter”
Sprite’s Chris Keyes said: “Sprite has never been a brand that just shows up when hip-hop is trending. Sprite has been with the culture and of the culture since day one”.
The list spans 1970s–2020s, with no definitive ranking. “We’re inviting fans to revisit these iconic tracks”.
