Rapper/influencer CLINTN Lord is facing multiple rape charges after being arrested by Los Angeles police, marking a dramatic fall from grace for a hip-hop artist who built his career by working with notable artists including SAINT JHN.
The Los Angeles Police Department arrested 32-year-old Clinton Lord, who investigators determined was suspected of forcibly sexually assaulting multiple women on separate occasions.
Police have released a photo of Clinton Lord to encourage more victims to come forward and raise concerns about possible unreported incidents.
According to LAPD investigators, Clinton Lord met two different female victims and invited them to a residence where he forcibly sexually assaulted them.
On Friday, November 21, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office filed three counts of rape with force and one count of assault with intent to commit a felony.
Clinton Lord has amassed hundreds of thousands of followers across various platforms. His music career includes frequent collaborations with well-known artists, especially SAINT JHN, which has helped to enhance his profile in the hip-hop community.
They recorded several songs together, including “Ay Caramaba,” which also featured Kyle Rascal.
CLINTN Lord is also an accomplished model who has participated in Kanye West’s YEEZY fashion show and appeared in magazines such as “Vogue” and “Vibe”.
The artist remains in custody and his next court appearance is scheduled for Monday, December 8.
