What is this legend? For beginners, you can expect to hear fresh albums from New York rap legends like NAS & DJ Premier, Ghostface Killah, Mobb Deep, Raekwon the Chef, Big L and De La Soul. Who are the seventh place you ask? We don’t know yet, but the public appeal has been promised and is surprisingly worth the wait.
While we don’t know who the mysterious artist is, we know that Ghostface Killah will definitely release a project with only rumor: Supreme Claysele 2, a sequel to his classic 2000 album. Combined, you can also expect to listen to some gritty bars on the Emperor’s new clothes, a project by Wu Tang Legend, Raekwon the Chef.
Mass Apping’s idea in the project is also to emphasize the immortalization of artists through careful dedication and constant gifts to culture. That’s why the first two albums were touted as a tribute to the Prodigy and Trugoy The Dove of Fresh Mobb Deep and de la Soul albums. Last but not least, there is a post-death album on Big L.
