The Kool-Aid x Nike Ja 2 blends bold creativity with playful nostalgia. Each pair stands out with a mismatched design inspired by Kool-Aid’s vibrant flavors. The sneaker on the left features a striking blue raspberry gradient that fades into sleek black for a cool effect. In contrast, the right shoe transitions from fiery cherry red to bright orange, echoing the brand’s lively energy. Thoughtful details enhance collaboration. The iconic Kool-Aid Man graphic is printed on the tongue, paying tribute to his cheerful and subversive spirit. His classic “Ohhh Yeah!” slogan printed on the inside of the collar adds a fun touch. A wall-crack pattern adorns the lateral midfoot, a playful reference to Kool-Aid’s iconic wall-crashing moment.

Other design elements highlight the Kool-Aid theme. A splattered paint pattern and quilted heel mimic the look of condensation, adding texture to the bold design. Ja Morant’s signature “12 AM” branding using Kool-Aid’s playful font seamlessly ties the collaboration together. This striking launch is a celebration of individuality and energy. The Nike Ja 2 delivers both style and nostalgia with its unique colorway and subtle nods to Kool-Aid heritage. Fans of Ja Morant and Kool-Aid will find this pair irresistible.

This shoe features a bold and vibrant design with mismatched colors that stand out. Additionally, the left shoe incorporates a blueberry gradient that transitions to black, while the right shoe transitions from cherry red to orange for a fiery look. Additionally, the upper is made from breathable mesh to ensure comfort and performance on the court. Splashed paint accents the midsole, adding a playful touch to the design. Secondly, a quilted heel counter mimics the effect of condensation, giving the sneaker texture and movement. Black laces and a translucent outsole complete the look.

Sneaker Bar Detroit reports that the Nike Ja 2 x Kool-Aid will release sometime in May 2025.
