Montel Jordan jokes ‘that’s what we do’ at young host’s wedding

Montell Jordan balances his talents in music and ministry, and the R&B vet combined his two skills to officiate the wedding of his good friend Young MC on Sunday!

The “Bust a Move” rapper married his longtime girlfriend Chantal in an intimate ceremony in Scottsdale, Arizona… surrounded by friends, sources involved in the ceremony told TMZ Hip Hop , family and artists together!

Montel gave the attendees a standard wedding objection speech, but managed to add some humor and a reference to his iconic hit song “This Is How We Do It.”

He and his wife, Kristen, are lead pastors at Masters of Peace Church in Georgia—an OG Mike when it comes to the pulpit.

We’re told Tone Loc, C+C Music Factory’s Freedom Williams, members of All-4-One, and several other artists were in attendance to support their old friends.

YMC and his “Bust A Move” beats took early ’90s hip-hop by storm and even won himself a Grammy Award for his classic record.
