The Arkansas rapper took to Instagram on Sunday (November 3) to protest his sentence, claiming prosecutors and the judge had a “vendetta” against him. He called the sentence “cruel and unusual punishment” and argued the murder could have been gotten away with in a shorter time.

“There’s no way these people are going to give me a 12-year sentence, 1/2 smoking marijuana, and using a gun on a first-time offender,” he began. “Never been in trouble.”

He claimed that his sentencing guidelines were changed from a “false upward difference of 5-6 years and 1/2 years to 9-10 years,” adding, “These prosecutors and judges have a grudge against me in my state because of my relationship with They fight.

Funding Freddy continued, “Every charge I filed in the case, they gave me an upward differential… If that’s the case and I can duplicate the plea in less time, then come on, Make it count…the judge and prosecutor were crazy, I went to trial & beat 7 out of 10 charges and I didn’t bow to them…this was cruel and unusual punishment and I will not accept it , I will fight for my life for what is right.

Funding Freddie sentenced to long sentence

Bankroll Freddie was convicted in April of possession and distribution of marijuana, possession and distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking and use of a communications facility in furtherance of drug trafficking.

He was sentenced to more than seven years in prison on the firearms charge and five years in prison for possessing and distributing a firearm. The judge ordered the sentences to run concurrently.

In a passionate statement, Bancroft Freddie insisted he would “stand up and fight the system”.

“They have much more serious charges than I do, have worse criminal histories, have less time than I do,” he continued, adding, “Racism is real, especially in my state of Arkansas…their people It takes less time to commit murder than it does to smoke weed… I could do without it.
