Megan Your Stallion, backed by growing Tory Lanez, uninstalling Mars on social media, including a public pardon request from a current member of Congress, reignited the debate in the 2020 shooting, causing her injuries.
The Grammy-winning rapper was tired after Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna urged California Gov. Gavin Newsom to urge Pardon Lanez to urge California Gov. Gavin Newsom to sentence 10 years in prison for shooting Megan on the foot.

Luna claimed the case was politically motivated and said the evidence was “flawed” and demanded that Lannis be released immediately.
Luna wrote: “His 10-year prison sentence is based on flawed evidence, political pressure and prosecutor bias.
In a long post on her Instagram story, Megan Thee stallion didn’t back down. “At what time, you will stop getting me shot again by the Conservatives!? she wrote.
Her frustration comes from the petition calling for Lanez to issue that received over 266,000 signatures and was supported by celebrities like Drake, Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign.
A petition initiated by the Caldwell Institute for Public Safety argues that Lannis’ conviction lacks reliable physical evidence and is tainted by political bias.
Megan Your Stallion continued, “I’m tired of this ### leaving me alone!!! He dared to stand in that stand and denied that he fired me, it was his choice because he knew he did S ###!”
Tory Lanez was found guilty of semi-automatic firearms and other charges in December 2022. His legal team has since initiated an appeal on the grounds of new witness testimony and alleged inappropriateness of forensic evidence.
A man named Bradley James, who identified himself as a former bodyguard to former Megan friend Kelsey Harris, who claimed Harris admitted to shooting.
According to James, Harris confessed on the phone that she fired three shots and Lannis just tried to stop her by pushing her arm down.
Lannis’ attorney said James’ account was consistent with Sean Kelly’s testimony, saying he saw two women fighting before firing on the side of the vehicle’s passenger.
Despite new claims, Meghan’s legal team insists that the trial is fair and the judgment is fair. Harris, who was granted immunity during the trial, has not yet publicly responded to the latest allegations.
