Kevin Gates posted a viral video on social media showing the two holding hands, but Kevin Gates has made new speculation about his relationship with Brittany Renner, despite reportedly still marrying Dreka Gates.
In a clip released Wednesday (April 2), Louisiana rapper Croons followed Soul for Real’s Candy Rain and then turned the camera to Renner, revealing their interactive fingers.
“If there is no one else, it’s a person,” Gates said. He captioned the video: “I hope this makes someone smile today, bae u kno im goofy” and added the tag “#lovethisforme”.

The post sparked a wave of reactions, with fans questioning whether Gates came from his wife.
One user commented: “Where is TF Dreka???” Another wrote: “Kevin Don’t ###I’ll leave!!!!!!!!!”
Others, however, praised the chemistry between Gates and Renner, calling them “lovely together” and noting that the rappers looked happy.
Gates and Dreka have been together for twenty years and got married in 2015 after years of dating. They share two children born in 2012, namely Islah Koren and 2014-born Khaza Kamil.
This is not the first time Gates and Reyner have been romantically linked. The two previously started the virus in 2022 after exchanging light and clear news online in 2022.
They recently reignited a joint appearance of DDG’s live live appearance on March 28, with the latest video adding fuel to the fire.

Renner recently underwent a major personal change, transforming into Islam in August 2024.
She described the transition as a “purification process. Renner also revealed that she has been awake for six months and that as of January 2025, she has been single for eight.
As of now, neither Kevin Gates nor Brittany Renner have confirmed the nature of their relationship.
