J. Cole Forgot Bass Collaboration Lyrics
J. Cole made a surprise appearance on Tuesday (April 9) to show support for his Dreamville signing Bas, who was performing at the Irving Plaza in New York City. “Y’all come help me,” Cole said from the stage, supporting Buss.
Cole also performed “No Role Modelz” and fans were excited to hear it.

J. Cole apologizes for ‘7-minute workout’ Kendrick Lamar diss
Cole calls his diss song about Kendrick Lamar’s “7 Minute Training” the “lamest thing I’ve ever done in my fucking life” while performing at Dreamville Music Festival 2024 ”, and then he forgot about it. Fans were divided on how to view the situation, with some mocking Cole’s inability to live up to his feud. Other, more tolerant supporters believe that the Dreamville leader chose to withdraw from the feud because of his own mental clarity, which is in line with MC’s stance.
Joe Budden, who rarely hides his opinions on most hip-hop related issues, has weighed in on J. Cole’s withdrawn diss, calling Cole’s apology unacceptable. He also pointed out that Cole didn’t give it his all during the “7 Minute Drill,” and if the North Carolina host wasn’t going to drop 10 toes to show his displeasure, he shouldn’t bother.
