Ice Spice has been relatively quiet in the music industry since the release of their debut album in July. However, she has been busy. The rapper has been touring around the world and keeps fans updated on her latest happenings via IG. She made sure to post photos of each stop. Her latest batch of photos stand out from the rest. Ice Spice decided to up the ante during their recent trip to Dubai. She posted a slew of eye-catching photos, and fans and artists alike flocked to the comments section to praise them.

Ice Spice has posted a dozen photos from her stay in Dubai. Some of them include her riding dirt bikes and partying, while others see her holding a tiger cub. But it’s the thirst trap that gets her the most praise. “Cute, sexy, sexy,” Saweetie wrote in the comments. Many superstar artists also liked the post, including Tyga, GloRilla, Camilla Cabello and SZA. The intense attention is a positive change for Ice Spice, who has been closely watched into 2024.

Ice Spice’s post was liked by several fellow rappers

The album sold just 28K in its first week, sparking widespread debate over whether Ice Spice was the star many were touted to be. After the album’s release, she fired back at the haters and made it clear she was proud of her sales. She also rightly pointed out that the album sold more copies than her debut EP. “Thank you to everyone who supported me back then and to all the new supporters,” she wrote on Twitter. “The world tour was so much fun and the numbers were cool but you should have seen the Boston crowd last night. “

Unfortunately, Ice Spice’s streaming numbers have also dropped since the album’s release. AllHipHop reports that the rapper’s monthly Spotify listens dropped from 47 million in August 2023 to 15 million in July. The decline was more than 30 million. The rapper’s star isn’t as bright as it was this time last year, but she’s still continuing to work hard and have fun. Her peers, some of whom have been in the industry for more than a decade, seem supportive.

Elias’ favorite artists are Andre 3000, MF Doom, pre-808s Kanye West and Tyler, The Creator. He likes L.A. hip-hop, but not L.A. sports teams. The first album he bought was Will Smith’s “Big Willie Style,” which he thinks still sounds great.
