Ice Spice was attacked by a fan at a McDonald’s in the Los Angeles area, and the entire incident was caught on video.
On Friday (April 17), TMZ shared a video of Ice Spice being attacked by a woman at a McDonald’s in the Los Angeles area, which occurred in the early morning hours of Wednesday (April 15). In surveillance footage from the restaurant (pictured below), the New York rhymer was sitting in a booth talking to her friends when another woman walked up to their table.
Spice and her friend seemed to have no interest in talking to the young woman. Nonetheless, the “Deli” rapper can be seen pointing his finger at the door, signaling the young woman not to disturb them. Fans didn’t take the hint and started attacking Bing Spice. After a brief scuffle, another man jumped in and dragged the woman away, while Spice jumped from table to table to confront the attacker outside Mickey D’s.
Once outside, Bing Spice is arguing with the unidentified man who initially fought. In another video captured by another person at the scene, hands appear to be between Spice and the man.
Ice Spice’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, said in a statement to XXL that they are taking legal action against the attackers and the lack of security at the McDonald’s location.
“The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the Los Angeles Police Department, and we will pursue all criminal and civil avenues to hold the perpetrator accountable for his actions. We are also exploring accountability for the apparent lack of adequate security at the location,” the statement read.
According to reports, TMZ interviewed the woman, named Vayah. According to her, she claims that Ice Spice was very rude to her when she approached the rap star to profess his love to her. Waya claimed Spice called her a “bitch,” so she slapped her.
XXL has reached out to the Los Angeles Police Department for comment.
