GloRilla slams critics of nude dance video: ‘Mind your business’

GloRilla, who faced backlash for a video of her dancing topless, has hit back at claims her brand forced her to over-sexualise.

The “TGIF” hitmaker shut down the gossip on Instagram Live on Wednesday (August 28).

“Let me tell you something,” Glo began. “You guys have a lot to say ’cause I take my t###### and dance to my song. Don’t worry about what me and my t###### are doing. B####, I bought them.

She also specifically denies that her brand forces her out of her comfort zone. “The label didn’t make me do ###,” she added. “High rollers aren’t high rollers anymore. You’re just cursing assholes and letting assholes do the ###. Like everything I do, I want to do it. You gotta learn to mind your own business sometimes.

Gloria then explained why she posted the thirst trap. “It’s not because there aren’t labels for me to do ###,” she asserts. “It’s about my search for a hoe.” Check out the video below. Global responded to the criticism around the 3.30 minute mark.

GloRilla released the criticism-inducing video earlier this week to promote her new single alongside Rob49 and Skilla Baby. In the video, Glo dances topless with his hands covering his breasts.

GloRilla fans slam label over risqué video

While fans were full of praise for her comments section, there were also some complaints about her brand.

“Anyone who thinks she raps without a shirt on needs to be fired,” one person shared. “Glo still loves you and I know it’s not you but them.”

Another added, “They do know we’re tired of seeing you half naked all the time on social media. They don’t even care, we walk the red carpet naked. Like WTF.”

Meanwhile, a content creator’s criticism of GloRilla went viral, insisting her brand over-sexualized her.

“At some point you all have to stop blaming ‘them’ and realize these people want to do this themselves,” one fan replied. “I mean, Glo’s breakout video was her twerking in a car with her friends and one of them got pregnant, haha. Tailor your expectations to the individual and you’ll be happier.
