Foggiano’s manager is clearing up rumors that the rapper is back in jail, calling the reports “headline bait” and insisting “Foggiano is fine.”
They definitely want Foggiano back in prison. They said the rapper was back in federal custody just weeks after regaining his freedom. But wait a minute…is the rapper’s comeback over?
Forgiano, whose real name is Kwame Khalil Brown, was booked into the Montgomery Residential Reentry Facility for allegedly violating terms of probation or supervised release. There is a post that says this. Among other things, there was a photo that fueled a well-known joke on the internet.
But hang in there.
After much of social media insisted the rapper was in trouble again, Foggiano was off the hook.
Foogiano’s manager shot down the rumors directly, saying, “Don’t listen to all that hype on the internet. Foo didn’t go back to the FBI, that’s clickbait bullshit. Foo is fine… coming from the mouth of the CEO himself. No action is stopping.”
The confusion appears to stem from a misunderstanding of what an RRM system actually is. According to reports, Montgomery RRM is not necessarily a prison placement. This is part of the Prison Service’s reintegration process, which helps oversee the reintegration of prisoners into society after prison. OK
Still, that didn’t stop the web from growing.

They even suggested that the rapper may have violated conditions related to his release by allegedly traveling to Georgia to visit his children. Foggiano held out some prayer hands to them, and they took his and said he was begging for release.
Then there are the photos.
A booking photo was blocked and sprinkled on the guy. Blogs and social media pages keep reporting on this story!
Fuggiano’s return continues after years in prison for federal gun cases and supervised release violations. 1017 and Gucci and one more (I think).
