Diddy is reportedly being sued again. This time it’s a model who claims the music mogul drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2003.
Model sues Didi for sexual assault
On Tuesday (May 21), TMZ reported that a former model named Crystal McKinney recently filed a lawsuit against Puff. McKinney is seeking unspecified damages and claims she was drugged and sexually assaulted by Diddy at a party in 2003. After being contacted, Cipriani invited her back to his studio for a week of events in downtown New York City.
McKinney claimed that upon arriving at Diddy’s studio, there were many people there and they were all passing around marijuana. A blow was thrown at her, which she accepted, calling it “very powerful.” She said she felt like she was floating, and Dee Dee asked to accompany her to the bathroom. She said Pav began kissing her and pushing her head to his crotch before asking her to “suck.” When she refused, he allegedly forced her to perform oral sex.
She said she tried to leave but felt dizzy and blacked out. McKinney said the next thing she remembered was waking up in a cab and realizing she had been sexually assaulted. TMZ claims it’s unclear from the lawsuit whether McKinney was referring to the alleged forced oral sex or other sexual acts that may have occurred but that she doesn’t remember.
McKinney said the experience led her to attempt suicide in 2004 and to be excluded from the modeling industry.

This is just the latest legal mess for Diddy. On Friday (May 17), CNN released a disturbing video showing him brutally beating his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a Los Angeles hotel corridor in 2016. A specific allegation of abuse made in the lawsuit filed by Puff.

“It’s very difficult to reflect on the darkest moments in life, but sometimes you have to,” Diddy said in the video on Sunday (May 19). “I sucked – I hit rock bottom – but I have no excuse. My actions in that video are inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video,” he continued. “I was disgusted when I did it. I’m disgusted now. I went to seek professional help. I started therapy, went to rehab. I had to pray for God’s mercy and grace.”
Diddy now faces several lawsuits filed in the wake of Cassie’s lawsuit, which he settled a day after they were filed. Puff is also being sued by three other women and one man who accuse the Bad Boy founder of sexual misconduct.
