Chrisean Rock clarifies reconciliation with Blueface following live reunion.
Chrisean Rock took to her Instagram Story on Tuesday (May 12) to talk about her reunion with ex-boyfriend Blueface at the Kick Live concert in Seattle on Sunday night (May 10). After the show, the two had a cordial interaction on his tour bus.
In her IG post (shown below), Chrisean responded to those who criticized her for reconciling with her ex-boyfriend after years of abuse. The reality star-turned-boxer made it clear that forgiveness does not equal regression.
“Dear world, people confuse forgiveness with weakness or backsliding. That is not the case,” she wrote. “I forgive because peace is more valued than anger.”
“No, we’re not together, I just choose respect over resentment,” she continued. “I’ve learned that not every battle is meant to destroy you. Some battles are meant to grow you. I pray, face it all head on, and leave it in the hands of the Lord.”
“There is no hatred in my heart. No distractions. Just growth, healing and staying locked in,” she added. “Move forward not because we want to, but because we need to [little guy]”.
The “little one” she’s referring to is Christian Jesus Malone Jr., the two-year-old son of Christian and Blue. Although Krishan says the Los Angeles rapper is the father of her son, Blueface made it clear on the latest episode of The Jason Lee Show that the baby is not his.
In another post, Collison insisted she was a new version of herself and wasn’t trying to reignite her abusive relationship with the “Thotiana” rapper.
“You guys keep saying Chrisean Rock and Blueface are together[.] [No, No, No] Christian and Jonathan together[.] Old Crimson is dead. don’t let this go
Your head,” she wrote.
Despite this, Chrisean peacefully reunited with Blueface during his Kick.com livestream.
