Chris Ann Locke faces up to eight years in prison on drug charges

Chrisean Rock was arrested in June on drug-related charges and extradited to Oklahoma, where he now faces eight years in prison.

Chrisean Rock faces eight years in prison on drug-related charges

Chrisean Rock is currently being held at the Northeast Oklahoma Community Correctional Center in Vinita, Oklahoma on drug-related charges, according to arrest documents obtained by XXL. The 24-year-old reality star was charged with failure to affix a tax stamp on a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of CDS with intent to distribute. Christian faces eight years in prison, with each count punishable by four years.

Under Oklahoma law, CDS is a controlled substance, which includes narcotics, amphetamines and other opioids. Possession of marijuana or CDS with intent to distribute is a felony with a minimum sentence of two years in prison and a possible fine of $20,000, according to lawfirmofoklahoma.com.

Chrisean Rock was arrested in June

Chrisean Rock’s legal battle began in June 2024 when she was arrested during a Blueface court hearing in Los Angeles and extradited back to Oklahoma because she had a warrant for her arrest on drug charges in 2022.

Rock is the mother of her son, Jonathan Jamall Porter Jr., who will celebrate his first birthday in September. The child’s father, rapper Blueface, is currently being held in a Los Angeles jail and is expected to be released soon, according to his manager Wack 100.

Meanwhile, Chrisean Rock’s sister Terrine shared a video on her Instagram Story on Saturday (August 3) to update fans that Chrisean Rock is expected to return home ahead of her son’s birthday in September.

Chris Ann Locke’s sister said Chris Ann Locke will be home soon.
