The argument begins and ends in the Ca$h Out trial of sex trafficking in Georgia.
CA$H OUT’s sex trafficking trial is coming to an end
After the two sides rested in the case Tuesday (July 15), Atlanta News News reported that when the debate ended Wednesday (July 16), the defense team at OUT declared innocence against the jury. The rapper, his mother, Linda Smith and another code lady were accused of drawing women into a prostitution ring, and multiple women testified that they were forced to do sexual work during the trial. However, Ca$h Out’s lawyers discredited the woman’s testimony and insisted that the rapper was overcharged in the case.
“There is no conspiracy to do RICO. There is no clear criminal enterprise,” said Careton Matthews attorney.
Linda Smith’s lawyer told the jury that Smith made only decisions about his music career and did not benefit from alleged sex trafficking.
The prosecutor is expected to start a debate on Thursday (July 17).

CA $ H OUT Trial
The rapper’s trial began on June 2. Several women testified that Gibson had them have sex for money and they allegedly would have to give the rappers because he fulfilled their promises of money and career development. The jury also showed bank records, which were designed to reveal payments related to sex trafficking. Ca$h Out’s defense team said the deal was not certain evidence.
If convicted, the rapper faces 25 years in prison.
