Cardi B confirmed that her estranged husband Offset is the father of her third child, according to court documents obtained by The Associated Press on Friday (August 2). The popular rapper announced her pregnancy and filing for divorce on Thursday (August 1).
“For every ending there is a new beginning!” Cardi B wrote on Instagram. “I am so grateful to share this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most importantly renewed my strength! Remind me that I can have it all! You remind me that I will always It’s so much easier to not have to choose between life, love, and my passions! Cardi B cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for her divorce from Offset in court documents. She seeks primary custody of the children.
“There is no reasonable prospect of reconciliation between the parties,” her divorce filing states.
Offset faced accusations of infidelity throughout their marriage. He denied cheating rumors as recently as July.
