After a judge ordered Blueface to pay $123,000 to Soulja Boy’s baby mama Jackilyn Martinez, Blueface’s streaming rights fees are now being transferred to her.
Blueface just had his music royalties cut off and turned over to Soulja Boy’s baby mama Jackilyn Martinez to settle a $123,000 defamation judgment.
A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ordered that all of his ASCAP and BMI royalties be transferred directly to her, the culmination of months of online chaos that began with Verzuz’s lawsuit claims and spiraled into even more confusion.
The whole thing goes back to Blueface feuding with Soulja Boy on social media, claiming he could beat him in a Verzuz match.
But rather than keeping it in the music, Blueface upgraded it in a big way. He started making wild accusations about Jacqueline, saying he was with her the day before her baby shower with Soul Boy.
On X, he posted “I didn’t lie… [Jackilyn] “Bend over” and “Tell Soulja to take a DNA test, that’s my baby, little brother, I’m the daddy now.”
Those posts became the basis of her lawsuit.
Jackie is seeking $10 million in damages for defamation and emotional distress.
When Blueface ignored the case, she won a default judgment in April 2025 for $123,243.10. She knew exactly what was going on.
“I did not engage in any sexual activity with Blueface the day before the baby shower or during the pregnancy,” she said in court documents. “There is zero chance that Blueface is the biological father of my child.”
Forfeiture of royalties is only part of her legal action. According to TMZ , Jackielyn is also seeking child support from Soulja Boy for their 3-year-old child.
So far, Soulja Boy has yet to respond, but he will undoubtedly do so.
