Late last year, Ari Lennox took to Instagram to express some of the frustrations she had with Interscope and Dreamville. She said she felt lying and being manipulated, disappointed and ignored, and no one knew how to market her. Many fans pointed out that they were surprised to see her tour with Rod Wave. Ali later called the trip “(her) f*cking Life’s worst trip.”
Five months after the social media post, TMZ exclusively reported that Ari Lennox has now left Dreamville but will remain in InterScope Records. Dreamville is not credited for the singer’s latest release of “The Time of Soft Girls” which works.
