The model and entrepreneur is now suing members-only dining club Gravitas after a giant ornament fell from the ceiling and hit her on the head during a 2024 New Year’s Eve celebration.
The impact was severe enough to render her unconscious and she is seeking compensation for the subsequent injuries.
The incident occurred when one of the club’s oversized decorative balls became detached from a hanging device above her seating area, according to the lawsuit.

The ornaments fell hard, and Ross immediately suffered severe symptoms, including headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, confusion and neck pain.
Medical professionals at Cedars-Sinai Hospital confirmed she suffered severe head injuries, neck soreness and other trauma from the collision.
