A$AP Rocky quietly split the road with his Los Angeles mansion in April for $3.95 million, just weeks before Rihanna revealed her pregnancy in Met Gala in 2025, months before her daughter Rocki was born on September 13.
The 4,300-square-foot property, located between Beverly Grove and West Hollywood, has come under scrutiny since LAPD officials raided the house with a beating ram.
The search is related to the 2021 shooting investigation. Authorities caught multiple boxes and guns, but no one matched the alleged incident. Rocky was acquitted in February 2025.
The timing of the sale seemed to be intentional. Rocky, 36, closed the deal a few days before Rihanna’s high-profile Met Gala appearance in New York, where she made her baby bump debut.
Since then, the couple has also shared their 3-year-old son RZA and 2-year-old Riot, who have since welcomed their third child.
Originally purchased for $3.05 million for $3.05 million, this modern-style home features a stylish Italian kitchen, designer equipment, multiple balconies and a backyard for entertaining, with zero side pool and spa.
Although the house was once a staple in Rocky’s portfolio, he hasn’t lived there for a while. The decision to sell may indicate a clear break with the statutory ordeal that once surrounded the property.
The deal is just one step in the couple’s wider real estate shuffle. Their main residence in Beverly Hills is still a $13.8 million colonial estate that they purchased in 2020.
This 7,700 square foot home consists of five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private gym and a cocktail bar, which is ideal for a growing family.
Rihanna’s shares are far beyond California. The billionaire tycoon owns $21.8 million in waterfront apartments in Barbados and has previously owned properties in New York and London.
The couple’s Beverly Hills home continues to act as a family hub, providing privacy and space for three children. Rocky’s real estate hub seems to align with his focus on family life and music and marks a new chapter in his legal challenges.
