50 Cent has filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Daphne Joy, the mother of his son Sire. The G-Unit rapper is suing her after she accused him of rape and physical abuse in an Instagram post, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly and TMZ.
“Everything is a joke to you until our safety is compromised, which is happening now,” she wrote in March. “You are bringing real destruction, madness and chaos to people’s lives… We moved to New York so you could have the opportunity to be the father of your son, and I live a mile away from you.
