Megan Thee Stallion’s legal troubles remain. The rapper has been through a multi-year case in which Tory Lanez was found guilty of shooting her, and now she finds herself as the defendant. Photographer Emilio Garcia, who worked for Meghan from 2019 to 2023, claimed that he witnessed Meghan having sex in a moving car. Garcia was reportedly told not to “discuss” what he saw, which resulted in what he described as a “hostile work environment.” The photographer is seeking financial compensation for his experience, but Meghan’s lawyers are unfazed.
Alex Spiro released a statement to Page Six shortly after Garcia’s case was announced. Attorneys representing Megan Thee Stallion in Lanez’s case claim the photographer’s claims carry no weight to them. Additionally, he criticized Garcia’s comments as an “obscene” attempt to smear his client’s name. “This is a monetary employment claim,” Spiro said publicly. “No sexual harassment charges were made, and there were indecency claims in an attempt to embarrass her.” Megan Thee Stalling plans to fight the charges “in court,” a lawyer later said.

The photographer said the incident in the car was one of many that made him feel “uncomfortable”. He also claimed Meghan and her camp would repeatedly joke about his weight and appearance. “I felt uncomfortable,” he recalled. “I kind of froze, I was in shock.” Garcia was fired from his job shortly after the crash, prompting him to seek legal representation. the charges claimed.
