A woman was eating at the Longhorn Steakhouse in Cleveland when her phone kept ringing but no one answered. So, she took matters into her own hands.
TikTok creator Brianna (@briannaajhanae) posted this video on April 21 about her side gig.
“The Longhorns wouldn’t answer their phone, so I answered it for them,” she wrote in the on-screen text.

The video begins with Brianna sitting in what appears to be the main bleachers or another staff station. The phone rang. “Okay, this keeps ringing. Let me see,” Brianna said. “Hello and thank you for calling the Longhorns.”
Brianna’s companions laughed at the sight. However, the situation quickly turned serious as the person on the phone clearly had a problem above Brianna’s pay grade. “Well, I’m sorry,” she said. “I’m just a customer. I don’t really work here. They just keep the phone ringing.”
Apparently, the person on the other end of the phone found the situation hilarious too. Brianna ends the video with a smile.

In the comments section of the video, viewers reacted to the idea of a customer answering the phone at Longhorn Steakhouse.

Why is the phone ringing at Longhorn Steakhouse?
Maybe Longhorn Steakhouse’s phone just keeps ringing because the chain is so popular right now. According to FSR Magazine, Longhorn Steakhouse is currently experiencing growth, which its management says is driven by high standards in the kitchen, a commitment to employee retention, and pricing strategies.
Two years ago, a Reddit user posted on r/steak about why they preferred Longhorn over its competitors. “Among the major restaurant chains,” the person wrote. “I think the steaks at Longhorn are better.”
In the comments, someone else said: “I bought the 20 oz Outlaw Ribeye at Longhorn and was blown away by the quality and how well prepared it was. FYI, I asked to grill it on the flat top rather than on the grill.” [It came with a] Huge baked potatoes and delicious Caesar salad. All priced at $32. Big fan. “
“My local longhorns make the cut every time,” agreed a third.
A Facebook post from South Jersey Food Scene echoed this sentiment: “Outlaw Ribeye – Beautifully marbled, cooked to perfection and will definitely make you loosen up your belt after eating. The macaroni and cheese is gooey and the toasted bread crumbs on top have the perfect crunch.”
The person also pointed out that the $10 price for the kids’ meal was not bad and that his wife didn’t like steak but liked the lemon garlic chicken. The family also enjoyed the French onion soup and white cheddar mushrooms.
