Alaina Scott’s newborn daughter, Scottie Marie, continues the Eminem family’s tradition of meaningful naming in honor of the rap star.

His adopted daughter Alaina Scott welcomed her first child on April 14, 2026. She named her baby girl Scottie Marie Moeller.
The 32-year-old new mom shared the news on Instagram with the caption, “My heart is outside my body. She is everything and more. Scottie Marie Mohler was born April 14, 2026. Welcome to the world my love.”
Alaina explained the meaning behind her daughter’s name in a follow-up post, saying: “Scotty, in honor of my ‘Scott sisters.’ These are the women who give this name and my life so much meaning.”

She points to the Scott family legacy as shaping her life, specifically her connection to her sisters and the bond between them.
This name carries a lot of weight because the first letter of her middle name is M, and the first letter of her last name is also M, cleverly forming “M&M”, which is obviously Eminem from the pronunciation.
Alaina was born to Kim Scott’s twin sister, Dawn, who struggled with drug addiction and died of an apparent drug overdose in January 2016 at the age of 40 or 41.
Eminem legally adopted Alaina in the early 2000s, officially making her part of the family and giving her the stability and love she needed.

On March 14, 2025, his eldest daughter Hailie Jade, 30, welcomed her first child with her husband Evan McClintock and named their son Elliot Marshall McClintock.
