Domani Harris stepped into the family feud with surgical precision, unleashing “Ms. Jackson” to target 50 Cent through his late mother.
The track represents a calculated shift from street confrontation to psychological warfare in the ongoing battle between the Harris family and 50 Cent.
The song begins with Domani directly addressing 50 Cent’s late mother.
“Miss Jackson, am I overreacting or is this actually working? I want to have one-on-one time with the man you sacrificed your life for so the world can see his talent,” Domani raps on the OutKast-sampled production.
The conflict started as a failed Verzuz battle between TI and 50 Cent, but quickly turned into a personal attack from 50 Cent. He labeled TI a “King Rat” and then posted unflattering photos of Tiny and King Harris.
This angered King Harris, who posted numerous unflattering photos of Weird Cent holding a sex toy, photos of his late mother, and documents allegedly showing him snitching on Jimmy Hunchman.
TI released three consecutive diss tracks, “Right One,” “Bully What” and his latest “Lessons,” targeting 50 Cent, who eventually removed the offensive images of Tiny Harris and all references to the Harris family.
Now Domani contributes his conceptual approach.
Domani references the “Firefly” accusations against 50 Cent throughout the track, connecting past controversies to current conflicts.
“Speaking of killing Curtis, I hear you’re a firefly. Well, I’ll be the reason all your fans light up the lighters,” he raps, turning the destructive imagery into fan solidarity.
The Harris family’s coordinated response illustrates how modern hip-hop’s battles involve strategic media releases across multiple generations and across platforms.
