Blueface and NLE The Great recently attacked each other after NLE posted a diss clip directed at Blueface. A match between Blue and NLE was proposed, but the challenge was shot down before it could begin.
Blueface reacted to NLE’s diss clip of him during his live stream on Sunday (February 1). In the clip, the Memphis rapper spits, “Ni**af**ka Blueface…/We’re gonna turn the Crip red, set the traveling suwoop.”
Blueface brushed off the criticism, saying the NLE only criticized him because his career had stopped progressing. However, the Los Angeles rapper did promise to respond.
One day later, on Monday (February 2), NLE took to Instagram Live to accuse Blueface of having an identity crisis because the rapper keeps tattooing logos on his face. “You’re so pathetic,” NLE said, before calling him “Broken Totiana.”
Blueface later responded to NLE’s comments on Instagram, writing, “I can’t complain about no one’s booty being eaten.”
On Tuesday (February 3), Blueface grew tired of the verbal spat and gave NLE a 24-hour deadline to respond to his challenge to fight him in a boxing match.
“I didn’t want to do too much lip-syncing with the trophy bandit,” Blue said. “Are you guys arguing? … You have 24 hours to agree or disagree or shut up … all I know is get it out there.”
A few hours later, NLE The Great posted an IG video rejecting Blue’s fighting challenge. Instead, the “Shotta Flow” rhyme provides another strange test.
“How about this?” NLE teased. “Take your son, put him behind my son, let’s see which one of them Musafka knows how to operate… let’s see which one of them can hold their head up, f**k ni**a. How about that? … Your priorities are screwed up. Go worry about this little cripple.”
Blueface posted a video on his IG Story in which he looked disappointed but unfazed by NLE’s rejection of his offer to fight him.
“It’s crazy to publicly refuse to fade out,” Blue said, while adding that NLE was making irrelevant arguments that had nothing to do with their current feud.
The feud between Blueface and NLE Choppa dates back to January 2024, when the mother of NLE’s child claimed Blueface tried to yell at her but she rebuffed his advances. Blue claimed in his rap for the “Barbie (Remix)” song, “NLE baby mama wanna hit/Why you lying about the numbers, b***h, you know I got the numbers.”
