Now, the G-Unit founder appears to have taken up social media’s obsession with the CEO killer. On December 10, 50 Cent took to Instagram to express his interest in the man, identified as Luigi Mangione. The man has been charged with murdering executive Brian Thompson. The rapper thinks he could be the subject of a high-profile documentary.
“I don’t know, I kind of like this killer,” 50 Cent wrote on Instagram. The rapper quoted Mangione. The killer claimed he acted alone and took fairly simple steps to carry out the assassination. Mangione’s outspoken attitude seemed to pique the New York rapper’s interest. “I’m sorry it turned out this way, but I’m making a documentary about him,” 50 Cent announced. “He’s special! I apologize in advance for anyone who doesn’t understand.” 50’s announcement was made at Mangione’s It was released after the declaration was released to the public. The manifesto made clear his dissatisfaction with the U.S. health care system.
