50 Cent has revealed a dodgy letter that was allegedly used to embezzle funds from his alcohol brand.
50 reveals details of new lawsuit
On Monday night (March 11), 50 shared a post on Instagram in response to a corruption lawsuit he filed against spirits company Beam Suntory, which accuses the spirits maker of costing him hundreds of dollars. In the letter (shown below), Fechhemier informed the third party that they were acting on behalf of 50 Cent’s alcohol brand, Le Chemin Du Roi.
50 Cent wrote in the post: “This is the letter @beamsuntory sent to people involved in this scheme without my knowledge that cost me millions of dollars. In January, 50 Cent sued Beam Suntory in New York Supreme Court, accusing them of embezzling millions of dollars from his Sire Spirits company by inflating the price of champagne they sold him and then splitting the difference. Damage is estimated at around $6 million.
In a related case, 50 Cent indicted co-conspirator Mitchell Green in September 2021. The judge found Green liable to Sire Spirits for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and unjust enrichment. 50 Cent was ordered to pay $6,194,293 in damages.

50 Cent’s lawyer releases statement
50 Cent’s attorneys have released the following statement to XXL about the new lawsuit.
“Sire Spirits seeks to recover millions of dollars embezzled in the fraudulent scheme,” Phife’s attorney, Craig Weiner, wrote. “The first co-conspirator, Mitchell Green, has been found civilly and criminally liable in connection with the corruption scheme and is believed to be cooperating with federal prosecutors. Beam Suntory responds to 50 Cent lawsuit
Beam Suntory released a statement in response to 50 Cent’s lawsuit.
“Beam Suntory vehemently denies all allegations of wrongdoing,” the statement read. “It had no involvement in or knowledge of the fraudulent activities alleged in the complaint, and any allegations to the contrary have no factual basis. There is no doubt that we have fulfilled our obligations to Mr. Jackson and Sire All obligations of Spirits.”
