Today, Kanye West is famously getting along well with most musicians, so when Kanye claims Travis came up with some ideas from him, there is no proper credibility for Utopia, no one really thinks of it.
But in an August 2023 Rolling Stones article, journalist Andre Gee explores Travis Scott’s connection with Kanye.
In the same post, Gee highlights the observations of writer Zazie Bae (the Bellless, Independent Rap Blog Media), who said, “Utopia sounds like Kanye’s record because it’s one.” A very powerful statement, followed by a blog, illuminates their uncertain position on the matter. They said: “…we can’t claim that these details are 100% factual, just estimates we’re telling us about the leaker.”
But now, the facts seem to have been revealed, as 17 freestyle demonstrations have been leaked online, including Kanye West’s rap, mumbling, mumbling and discrediting melodies and lyrical thoughts. Although the correlation between these and utopia is unclear, it will certainly increase Kanye’s allegations in interviews with Akademiks, as one Reddit user (U/Dropwatcher) pointed out in a post on R/Hiphopheads.
According to Kanye, he did not realize that he would be cancelled and could only be replaced by SZA and future, and he did not allow the release of the above records. The question remains: How many Kanye did Travis Scott really bite? He’s really the kind of “condile” Kanye (or even Pusha t) thinks Travis is?
